·       Currency: All prices listed are in AUD and are inclusive of GST

·       Payment Methods: We accept payment via  visa and direct dxebit. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided. Full payment is required before goods are dispatched or taken from the store.

3. Shipping and Delivery (For Online Retail)

·       Delivery Timelines: Estimated shipping timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs processes.

·       Risk and Title: Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

·       Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under local consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major product failure.

·       Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases  days, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

·       Return Shipping: Unless an item is faulty, customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning their items to us.
